Individual management of our clients' real estate properties is the central theme of our work. In doing so, we are always committed to our clients' interests - with transparent management and the highest quality of service. We currently manage properties with a total value of over 1.48 billion euros and approx. 510,000 m² of residential and commercial space, divided into more than 4,300 units.

Because only 10% of the building costs are attributable to planning and construction, but 90% are incurred during the service life, this requires many years of experience and technical support. Frequent on-site presence and optimisation of property costs are the basis for value enhancement.
