Individual management of our clients' real estate properties is the central theme of our work. In doing so, we are always committed to our clients' interests - with transparent management and the highest quality of service. We currently manage properties with a total value of over 1.48 billion euros and approx. 510,000 m² of residential and commercial space, divided into more than 4,300 units.

Because only 10% of the building costs are incurred in planning and construction, but 90% are incurred during the building's useful life, this requires many years of experience and technical support. Frequent presence on site and optimisation of property costs are the basis for value enhancement.
