The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above. In no case do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

Data of our customers and service providers

We process the personal data of our customers and service providers for the conclusion or execution of contracts, in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. If you are not a customer or service provider, but it is nevertheless appropriate for us to process your personal data, e.g. because you have asked us for a quote or you are applying for a contract with us, your data will be processed on the basis of our legitimate interest, pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR. In this context, please also note your right according to Art. 21 DSGVO (see below).

Tenant data

We process the personal data of tenants in the properties we manage on the basis of our legitimate interest, pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. Your landlord has commissioned us to look after and process the management activities relating to your apartment/property; in order for us to be able to carry out this activity for you in a comprehensible manner, we are dependent on the processing of your personal data, insofar as this is covered by the direct purpose of our commission. In this context, please also note your right according to Art. 21 DSGVO (see below)

Applicant data

If you apply to our company, we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest, pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO, because this is the only way we can communicate with you appropriately. In this context, please also note your right according to Art. 21 DSGVO (see below)

Passing on data

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

We will only share your personal information with third parties if:

  • you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO,

  • the disclosure is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-disclosure of your data,

  • in the event that there is a legal obligation for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO, as well as

  • this is legally permissible and necessary according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the processing of contractual relationships with you.
